  • *Can I bring my own caterer?

    Of course, we can also provide a list of local caterers to match your tastes.


  • *Do you offer post-event cleaning?

    Yes. Our event coordinater will assist you in finding the most convenient plan for your wedding event.


  • *What are the rental options for set-up before the wedding?

    A Saturday wedding can be set up beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday. A two-day rental includes all day Friday for set up. 


  • *Is alcohol allowed?

    Yes. The only restriction is that alcohol cannot be sold. Please see our preferred vendors for a local restauranteur who offers bar service.


  • *Are linens available for rental?

    Yes. Our event coordinator can supply table cloths, napkins, and seat coverings. Please see our Preferred Vendors for contact information.


  • *What is the policy for renting chairs and tables?

    The Courtyard provides complimentary table and chair seating for up to 400 at no additional cost with your venue rental.


  • *May we provide our own music?

    Yes, our Rockville RCS650 6-Zone system accepts inputs from external devices using a 3.5MM mini-jack or RCA ports located on both floors as well as the option for USB Drives and Flash cards on the main amplifier. Nearly any device can be supported, iPhones, iPads, Tablets, Android Phones, and Laptops High-speed broadband with Wi-Fi access throughout the building lets you stream music wherever you want. You will need to provide your own cords to play your music! 

  • *Is there nearby parking?

    The Courtyard's parking lot is adjacent to the building. Additional free public parking is available in two forms: a public parking lot across the street or a variety of on-street parking options are nearby.
