Sound System
We pride ourselves on our high-quality sound system. The Rockville RCS650 6-zone system provides all the options you will need to have sound throughout your event!
The Sound System includes:
- 26 Speakers throughout both floors
- Volume control for 6 different “zones” throughout the venue
- Wireless microphones for when someone wants to lead activities or praise the Bride and groom
- The system can accept inputs from external devices using a 3.5MM mini-jack or RCA ports located on both floors as well as the option for USB Drives and Flash cards on the main amplifier.
- External devices supported, iPhones, iPads, Tablets, Android Phones, and Laptops
- Stream music wherever you want in the Courtyard with our high-speed broadband access.
Seating
As part of your rental fee, we offer complimentary table and chair seating for up to 400. We have an inventory of both round and rectangular tables so you can tailor a layout to your needs.
Internet/Wi-fi Access
The Courtyard has high-speed broadband with Wi-Fi access throughout the building!
Extras & Decor
Decorating can be arranged with our event coordinator and a local professional. Our event coordinator can also provide dinner service items and work with your caterer for your perfect wedding reception.
Our décor includes mirrors, lanterns, wood slabs, basket, trays, silk greenery, silk flowers and more. Reach out to us to discuss our various décor options
Food Service:
No Limitation Catering Options
You choose your own catering options – no limitations! If needed, we have local caterers at the ready.
A nationally recognized baker, 2 blocks from The Courtyard, can provide a wedding cake your guests will rave about for years, or choose your favorite bakery.
Included in your rental contract is the use of two kitchens with large work islands, one on each floor.
Alcohol Policy
The Courtyard has an open alcohol policy. The only restriction is that alcohol cannot be sold.
Please see our preferred vendors for a local restauranteur who has a catering off-site liquor license and offers bar service.
Catering Kitchens
Included in your rental contract is the use of one or two banquet kitchens with large work islands, one on each floor.
The second floor full-service banquet kitchen has a serving window that can accommodate large or small weddings.
Each kitchen has:
- Multiple refrigeration units that can be used as either refrigerators or freezers
- Two stoves/ovens
- A microwave
Additional Available Items:
- A commercial warmer with 12 baker tray slots
- Several electric roasters for keeping food warm
- A great variety of serving pieces
